- Builder/Contractor's name and
MHIC or
MHBR
license number
- Electrician and Plumber's name and Caroline County
license number
- Exact size of structure, number of bedrooms/baths, type
of heating system
- Estimated value of construction
- Site Plan/Building Location Plan drawn to scale

- Two (2) complete sets of building plans, drawn to scale,
showing conformance to applicable local and state building
codes, to include the following:
- Footer/Foundation Plan
- Floor Plan(s) for each floor
- Cross Section and Framing Details
- Elevation Views
- Beam/Girder Sizes
- Window schedule/sizes
- All fees are due upon application as follows, if
applicable:
- Building Permit Fee
- Inspection/Plan Review Fee
- Forest Conservation Single Lot Declaration of
Intent (if applicable)
- Stormwater Management Standard Plan (if
applicable)
